Description Fotonow Community Interest Company uses photography and filmmaking to enable peopleÔÇÖs voices to be heard. The team are passionate about nurturing ambition, growing confidence and empowering both individuals and communities through media and education. We bring together expertise in education, community development and media production to develop and run projects that make a difference to peopleÔÇÖs lives.Directed by Matthew Pontin and James Ellwood, the social enterprise has been been based in Plymouth since 2009 and working across the South-West on a wide array of projects. Currently based at Ocean Studios (Royal William Yard) they have an office, photographic studio, darkroom and creative media studios as a home for their innovative approach to collaborative media project work. Fotonow also runs the established Camper Obscura project and is partner organisation in the development of St Saviours CIC, a new cultural hub based on the Barbican.
