Training Administration Assistant

40 hours per week
(£12,000 to £14,000 per annum)
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small group of dedicated staff in a unique and friendly environment, providing support to the Training Team.

We have a vacancy for a full time Training Administration Assistant at our Hyperbaric Medical Centre in Plymouth. You will be supporting the Training Co-ordinator, as well as providing support as an Administration Assistant to the Training Team, ensuring that all training provided is planned, recorded and delivered to a high standard.
Applicants must hold an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Business Administration and must have previous relevant experience. Familiarity of Microsoft Excel and Outlook is essential.

The successful applicant will be a highly organised, professional individual, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, who is enthusiastic, self motivated and enjoys working as part of a team.

    Hi Shocked to see the job advertised asking for 40 hours! Is that usual these days. Plus the pay is so low. I know you are just advertising the vacancy and any job is a good job these days but disappointing that people now have to work these hours for this much! i assume they are a social enterprise if advertising with you?
