Social Enterprise City: Plymouth’s Festival of Social Enterprise

Plymouth is a great place for social enterprise and it’s a great time to be a social entrepreneur! We are therefore delighted to announce PSEN’s social enterprise festival and trade fair for 2012 - Social Enterprise City. This event is being run in partnership with Plymouth UniversityPlymouth Business School and the Social Enterprise University Enterprise Network (SE-UEN)

Across the city centre, from 12th to 17th November, we have a week packed full of activities to inspire, enlighten, challenge and entertain; a wealth of opportunities to network, trade, debate and share. A quick rundown of the programme:

Mon 12th – Bridging the Sector VCS & Business Conference at Devonport Guildhall Bridging the Sector invitation  Women in Social Enterprise workshop with Iridescent Ideas

Tues 13th – Launch of the Social Enterprise Competition (SEC) for schools at Devonport Guildhall

Weds 14th - Meet the Buyer event with south west housing associations at Devonport Guildhall Meet the Buyers Event Booking Form Leadership in Social Enterprise with Cosmic at Plymouth University Business School

Thurs 15th Enterprise Day - Social Enterprise City Trade Fair and Conference at University of Plymouth Roland Levinsky Building Festival Stallholder Booking Form  Social Investment debate and drinks reception (evening at RLB)

Fri 16th – Are Energy Bills a Burning Issue? Launch of Just Power Wolseley Trust

Sat 17th – Cider Night the social enterprise fundraiser for Always Apples festival – bands and cider at Devonport Guildhall to round off the week!
