NOMS Social Enterprise Consortia Building Programme

South West Forum is facilitating the development of a South West wide (but not including Cornwall) expression of interest for the National Offender Management (NOMS) Social Enterprise Consortia Building ESF Programme. This programme is designed to develop the social enterprise market place so that organisations are better placed to participate in current and future delivery. Under the programme grants will be awarded for the creation of new social enterprise consortia models.
